Here are the Web sites

you can find the contact information about your senators and congressperson.
Although most of them have e-mail now, phone calls and letters are much
more effective in presenting your opinions than e-mail, as e-mail is seen
as "easy" while few people take the time to do something "hard" like write
a letter or spend the money to call.
