WildLaw is a recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductible.

WildLaw represents more than 100 national, regional and local groups fighting to protect the environment of the Southeast. WildLaw handles more cases than any other non-profit environmental law firm in the nation, yet we do so with a budget that is just a few percent of what other groups have. We are frugal and efficient. A donation of any size will help and will be put directly into the fight for our environment.

Membership benefits include a newsletter, e-mail updates and alerts, and the knowledge that your money is doing more to protect the wild than it could anywhere else.

WildLaw guarantees that we will not sell or trade our donors' personal or contact information with anyone else.

Please help us in the fight for your wild places and environment. Become a member of WildLaw.

WildLaw Donor Privacy Policy

WildLaw wants you to know that when you donate to us, your personal and contact information is not shared or sold with anyone else. This includes donors who give to our semi-independent programs, such as the Southern Forests Network and the Friends of Tuskegee National Forest.

WildLaw guarantees that we will not sell or trade our donors' personal or contact information with anyone else. Our Form 990 major donor list is not given to anyone; it is filed with the IRS, as required by law, so that the IRS can confirm any major donations. But the IRS is forbidden by law from releasing it, and we do not release it to anyone. We will not even publicly acknowledge the amount of your donation unless you give us permission to.

WildLaw values you and your privacy as much as you value us and our work. Thank you.
